Cooperative Coffee House in Kaisertown?

Yesterday in one of the Kaisertown Facebook groups the following question was posed:

“Just out of curiosity, who would go to a small, locally owned coffee shop on Clinton to sit and have some properly brewed coffee or a real cappuccino in an artsy/fartsy environment?
Would you rather go there and pay a little extra, or would you still go to Tim Horton’s or Donut Craze to sit with a friend for coffee?”

I also shared this on the Kaisertown Buffalo Facebook page and the combination of the two received a healthy amount of comments from people saying they’d support this idea. The facilitator of the conversation has started a Facebook Group to further discuss called ‘Kaisertown Coffee Shop Cooperative”.  If you are interested in following the progress and contributing constructive ideas, please join here!

Additionally, if you know of any commercial spaces on Clinton that are available for rent or sale, please share. It seems to be a growing trend that persons interested in coming to Kaisertown to set up a small business often have trouble finding commercial space.
